With over 30 years in the maritime industry, Raoul Jack has built his career across shipbuilding, project development and the delivery of complex maritime projects. His experience spans a broad range of international projects, including a senior role as Project Director at Carnival Corporation.
Raoul holds an MBA from Brunel University and is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and the Chartered Management Institute.
Bernard O’Brien

With a career spanning cruise operations, fleet technology and newbuilds, Bernard has extensive experience in the delivery and integration of complex shipboard systems.
Having previously served as Head of Fleet IT Systems at Carnival Corporation, his experience also includes on-site newbuild supervision, providing a practical understanding of vessel delivery from both operational and technical perspectives.
Selin Rahmani

Selin brings several years of experience across international business, project and marine environments. She supports structured project delivery across multidisciplinary teams and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Her background in Industrial Engineering and International Business brings together analytical thinking, organization and a broad understanding of project and commercial environments.
Jeff Frier
Principal Naval Architect

Jeff has built his career across naval architecture, technical leadership and cruise operations, holding senior roles at Norwegian Cruise Line and Carnival Corporation, including Vice President Technical and Principal Manager and Senior Naval Architect.
His experience with Lloyd’s Register and DNV brings extensive classification knowledge, supporting the delivery of complex cruise projects.
Jeff is a Fellow and Honorary Vice President of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects.
Mike Jones
Senior Naval Architect

His career includes 30 years dedicated to cruise shipbuilding, initially with P&O Princess Cruises and later with Carnival Corporate Shipbuilding, where he served as Senior Naval Architect (Outfitting). His extensive experience provides a strong practical understanding of vessel design, outfitting and the technical requirements of complex cruise ship projects.
Mike holds an HND in Naval Architecture and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects.
Neil Carney

With 45 years of experience in the maritime industry, Neil brings extensive marine engineering, technical and operational expertise.
From Chief Engineer to Fleet Director, Neil has held senior technical and operational roles throughout his career. His expertise spans new buildings, conversions, refits and drydock projects, combining hands-on engineering experience with senior-level technical leadership.
Alex Tunstall
Consultant - Legal

Alex brings more than 30 years of cruise industry experience, with particular expertise in shipbuilding contracts and project delivery.
Following eight years at sea, he spent 25 years in passenger ship newbuilding, covering contract negotiation and management, project management, plan approval and site supervision. Based in Asia for the past 13 years, Alex has worked on major cruise projects in Japan and China, with additional expertise in maritime contracts and dispute resolution.
Cao Zhen
General Manager, Asia

Cao brings nearly three decades of experience across the shipbuilding, marine and offshore industries, combining technical, commercial and business development expertise. He began his career at New Times Shipyard, working across outfitting, quality control and business operations before moving into maritime consulting.
Through CAMARINE, Cao has supported newbuilding, conversion and refurbishment projects involving more than 500 vessels worldwide, working with shipyards, shipowners, EPC contractors, engineering firms and other maritime stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.
